Kfc - Mansfield

Terrible experience, always double check your order before leaving. I ordered 3 fillet burgers but only received 1 at the drive-thru. I had to go inside to retrieve the missing burgers, and the staff took my receipt which I found suspicious. After checking the prices on the KFC website, I discovered that I had been overcharged because the burgers were incorrectly rang up as meals.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow, with staff who are young and appear to be on minimum wage. Their attitude and customer service reflect this, as they prioritize getting drive-through orders out over customers in the restaurant. Witnessing staff arguing in plain view of customers is also not acceptable. Overall, this fast food establishment is a joke and seems to be run by inexperienced individuals. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for - and in this case, it's not good. KFC, it's time to address these issues!

The only downside of my recent visit to this restaurant was the quality of the food. I cannot complain about the service or the wait time, as both were good. However, when I got home, I found that my burger looked haphazardly thrown together. The lack of lettuce on my chicken burger was disappointing, as I prefer a generous amount. In reality, it seemed like I only got leftover bits from the bottom of the lettuce tub.

My daughter brought a chicken burger meal with extra hot wings when she got home and opened the bag all you could smell was burnt chicken she had to through away the wings as they were so burnt absolutely rubbish.

Waiting over 30 mins in a non peak time, staff are very unfriendly and the place is always filled to the rafters with just eat people, I can’t even blame just eat as Mac Donald’s still offer great service
