The food was enjoyable. However, the app was quite slow in processing my order and recognized that I was at the restaurant.

In a time when many restaurants struggle to provide good service, this team is truly excelling. The food is excellent, the service is quick, and the dining area is clean and inviting. They’re hitting all the right notes today. Thank you! Also, the new Ch'King Deluxe is fantastic!

I had a great experience overall, but they were out of the brownie batter shake, which was a bit disappointing. I should have asked them to prepare a booth for us before placing our order. We ended up sitting at a table instead, so that's partially my fault.

I could be the only customer there, and it feels like the entire staff is goofing off. It literally took me 35 minutes just to get my order number.

The woman with short hair working at the switch on Sunday morning was incredibly kind to me, and it truly made my day.
