Little Caesars Pizza - Mansfield

Many star reviews and I can certainly understand why. But I had a completely different experience! During the New Year's Eve we exchanged because my lady wanted a deep plate pizza. They were very busy because it was New Year's Eve and they were also among servants. The Lord behind the counter told me that it would wait a long time. Has not really waited so long, not only that, but this man gave us some really delicious bread sticks with marinara totally free for waiting. Surprising service, good pizza and easy on the wallet. I'm sure I'll see you soon.

Make an order online 45 minutes before pickup. Armed to 3 employees chat, no pizza. I asked nicely about my order, and the senior employee stopped me as if I were grateful that she would even talk to me. She told me it was ready. Pizzas went unmade. Staff later said they didn't see my order, and then went away, full stop. Forget that. I just went to the new Chick Fil A for amazing service, more protein, equal, zero Hasseln. Next time I really just need pizza, I'llcall trios instead of for the real deal. Buh bye Little Caesars. Never again.

Don't go here. Two teenage boys play around. Lock the front door. And they said it wasn't ready yet. Wait for 30 minutes. They also gave me garlic bread instead of crazy bread. Absolutely terrible!

Terrible service. I asked for a big pizza and crazy bread and they kept cooking the wrong things. I was waiting for more than 45 minutes. The staff didn't care, they only talked and didn't do anything. When I finally got my pizza and crazy bread, it was originally someone else's order from a pickup that hadn't arrived, and they were both very cooked and almost burned. Don't eat here, they don't care to give high-quality food, they even complained several times about how they didn't want to be theirs. My advice: chose another location.

You can't beat the price! My kids prefer this pizza over Papa John's and it is much cheaper to feed everyone. A Pepsi, bread sticks, and 2 pizzas for $21. The service was quick and professional. We'll be back!
