Feedback gevenBeen here several times and never really liked this place much. Unfortunately, Mansfield is very limited in terms of decent, healthy restaurants, so we go back once in a while. We will not return here again after our experience today. Ordered a rice/veggie dish and asked for less sauce. After the dish was brought out waiter apologized that this did not happen and said ?sorry, next time.? There was a hair found in the soup ordered. Notified the lady at the register who said ?ok.? Never offered to re-make the bowl or discount. Very unfriendly staff. Customer service is definitely low on their priority.
I am glad to see that this business is still strong and was happy to visit while in the city. Nevertheless, the service was missing and it seems the rich taste of the crispy noodle dishes once was watered for the Mansfield site. the waitress seemed to reject from our party while taking part in others who came after us. I hope that was a good one.
I'm torn. on one side, eating great, pho made fresh with rich suppe and amazing taste. on the other hand the service is not available. Perhaps the waitress has a bad day, but she has hardly spoken to us during the ordering, gave us 2 water for 3 people, did not deliver rough, did not check us in us during the meal. actually, she never came to the table again. my men from the kitchen brought us to eat, which is fabulous again. To be fair, the owner came to our table once. So I'm torn.
Dreadful service, I am am amazed how they were dealing with a simple mistake, as they have two bald early roles, one has to be silent and for religious reasons I do not eat. When I broke up that waiter, her reaction was liquid. I repeated what I ordered and showed them the menu. She had a lot of back-to-back talk for something so simple. they made this mistake twice? and then, while I took my little girl into the bathroom, really fast her out of the table. then they took 45 minutes to give me my last job I paid. I was so frustrated that when the dame in register rudely asked me if I wanted a refund, I was relieved. what a disappointment.
The food was at the point, but I didn't feel like a customer welcomed or appreciated. I ordered x29 and asked if it could be made in a combination plate (chicken and garnel) the gentleman who took my order was great and initially he was not sure to check with whom I had no problem. he goes and brings back a woman I take as manager and I tell her what I want. she says I don't have a combination and say I'll pay the charge for the supplement. She looks confused first and then tells me that it's going to be expensive ok, so it ends $5 for each supplement. that was the first. 2. I will come back to get my food and I ask if they added fish sauce for the bleeding reels, which showed me that it was added to the container with my bleeding reels, I will begin to say thank you and the manager interjects and says no and look at him in their speech I assume that it was a fee for the fish sauce. I am already insulted, and he came in and told her something in her speech she did not accept it again, but that was the just one. the thing is when someone is willing to pay for good food that is presented as they want, why should they try to feel bad about the order, I pay for it. I'll finish this. if I were someone, she would have acted like that. I wonder?
