Steak 'n Shake - Mansfield

Went there for my yearly birthday lunch. Great fast service food has been the best in a while. My only complaint would be it was a little dirty

Pretty good cheeseburger and which service. This restaurant no longer offers table service, a casualty if the pandemic. You order and pay for your food at kiosks at the front of the store. When your order is ready, you can pick it up at the counter. The fare is standard burger joint, but well executed. I ordered a steak burger with cheese and a cup of chili. The burger was average size but well presented. The chili was not as meaty as it once was, but still hearty. Overall, a good place for a quick bite while you're on the road.

This was my first time inside since covid the new management. It has changed, you place your order on kiosks pay there also. Thankfully there was a young man behind the counter who walked us through ordering paying. He was very pleasant as he addressed all our questions, our food came out quickly it was very good. But I did notice as we sat eating that others struggled trying to figure out how to place their order pay so if your not tech savvy be prepared to ask for help

Some issue with the app not working so I had to go order in person but the staff was friendly (even 15 min to closing), food was prepared as ordered was very good. The cashier even honored a coupon from my app even though it was not working fully. The pic is of their mascots 2 black white kitties who appear well fed by customers

Employees here are great. Super friendly and accommodating! Best shakes ever. YUMMY Our food was nice and hot and tasted great too! I will be going again! Very good experience at this location for us.
