Feedback gevenI've been to this restaurant three times since moving to Manteca two months ago, including two visits on Sundays. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff handled everything efficiently. From the hostess who seated us to the quality of the food, everything was impressive. Our server, F. Nieves, was especially fast, professional, and courteous. She deserves a lot of compliments and recognition for her excellent service. She attended to all our needs promptly, and I hope to have her as my server on my next visit. Keep up the great work!
Naturally, weekend mornings come with a long wait, but Tonya's excellent service made everything more enjoyable. Our food was also on point!
We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. After paying our bill by scanning the QR code and leaving a tip on the table, we headed to our car. To our shock, we later found out that they had charged us an additional tip that we never approved. When we approached the manager, he told us to wait a few days for the transaction to process. However, when we returned, the manager didn't come out, and another manager said they couldn't assist us. We would have left satisfied if they had simply offered us a meal, some pancakes, or a gift card, but instead, they completely ignored our concerns.
The eggs Benedict were excellent, and the sauce was fantastic. It arrived hot.
I had a fantastic experience ordering from this restaurant, and the food was truly delicious. However, I would love to see turkey bacon and crispy breakfast potatoes offered as options for the create-your-own combo when ordering online.
