Silvano's Pizza - Manteno

Waited 2 hours for order got 2 different stories why. When I spoke to manager about the wait he offered me a can of soda for the wait. I've never given a bad review but this was terrible.

Yes, given the area, Silvano’s is “good” but (to me) they’re not worth the irritation/annoyance that comes with placing an order for delivery from them. Not long ago, when my parents placed an order for delivery from Silvano’s for themselves and me, it took THREE TIMES for them to get my calzone correct (I asked for a calzone with pepperoncini, black olives and NO CHEESE). Tonight after placing an order through the “Slice” app (that they’re affiliated with), I was given a delivery time of 8:40pm…when I called at 8:59pm to ask of the status of my delivery, they were “pretty sure” my order was out with their driver and would be delivered to me soon… I really wanted to like Silvano’s and support a small business but it’s seems like, as of late, their employees have gotten not only lazy and careless, but also seem unconcerned/unbothered by consumer complaints. Vegetarian options: THEY CAN NOT COMPREHEND SOME ASKING FOR “NO CHEESE” ON A PIZZA OR IN A CALZONE.

Every time I order pizza from here, it's absolutely delicious! This is my favorite spot for parties and pizza nights. I give it a perfect 10/10!

The woman cleaning did a fantastic job and greeted us warmly. She even asked if we needed any help, which she gladly provided. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and polite. Now, onto the food—everything was delicious! We were genuinely impressed with the quality of the pizza and other dishes. The service was exceptional. While we were placing our order with our lovely server, the wonderful woman we met earlier came over to check on us. She inquired about our son's order, which included two Wildcat cheese pizzas and a small cheese pizza. She joked with him, saying, "You really only need one of those Wildcat cheese pizzas—I’m sure one could be a meal on its own!" Our son explained that one was for him and the other was for his parents, as we had ordered quite a bit of food. To our surprise, she offered to give us the second Wildcat cheese pizza for free since we were ordering two. We insisted on paying for it, but she insisted that we could take three pizzas and enjoy the third one the next day at no charge. We were touched by her generosity and made sure to tell her we didn’t want her to get into trouble for being so kind. That's when we learned she was the owner. I was so impressed by her attentiveness to cleanliness, her supportive relationship with her staff, and how she genuinely cared for her customers, treating them like family. This was my first visit to the restaurant, and she made quite an impression on both my husband and me. The bar area was just as clean, and the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The Long Island Iced Teas were fantastic, and the atmosphere was extremely inviting. I would love to work in such a positive environment with such incredible people. Our family is happy to recommend this restaurant without reservation, and we will definitely return. The food was amazing, the staff incredible, and the owner a hardworking, kind, and beautiful person. We can't wait to come back soon! In fact, I'm going to see if that wonderful owner needs help—I'd love to join her team!

I'm from vidor Tx never been here gave it a shot it's mind blowing not your average pizza that's forsure!
