Island Perk Coffee Shop - Manteo

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic. I tried the cold brew with lavender syrup and it was delicious! The cold brew was very smooth, and their baked goods are also tasty. They offer a wide variety of drinks on their menu.

I absolutely adore this place! The owners are lovely, and the coffee is delicious. It's as vibrant and sweet as the entire city of Manteo. I never pass up the opportunity to get my Skyberry frappe!

The coffee at this restaurant is amazing! They have been in business for years and we are so happy that they have survived the pandemic. This is our favorite coffee spot in Manteo. The espresso is super smooth and never burnt. It's unfortunate to see negative reviews from people who have never even tried the coffee here, based on a video clip taken out of context. This coffee shop is run by a local veteran, and we have always had nothing but fantastic coffee and conversations with the owner. We are coffee connoisseurs and only visit places that serve high-quality coffee and espresso. Make sure to stop by this coffee shop in Manteo for a coffee break!

Let me say I've never tasted her coffee before. I had gone to a day to foot to check their menu and then tried to visit the next two tomorrow for coffee, but they did not open until 8 o'clock. on the second day, on Sunday, did I actually arrive at 8:20 a.m. and the doors were locked even though they were assembled as open? menu looked good, but if you want an early coffee, they have to go elsewhere.

Stopped in today and ordered a couple of hot chocolates and talking to the staff and told him it was our anniversary and he gave us a present of our hot chocolates. So very friendly. We definitely will recommend this place and we will be back every time we are in the area. Great job.
