Mcdonald's - Maple Grove

They need to be more proactive in addressing the issues they encounter.

That was the last time I'll ever eat at McDonald's. Yuck! I don't care if I'm on a road trip and it's the only option—I would rather go hungry than eat at McDonald's again! The taste of chemicals is just too overwhelming and it's really disgusting.

If I could give these zero stars, I would. our order was wrong. the manager was incredibly rude. never get the right drinks or our BBQ sauce.

After placing my order, it took a long time for the food to be ready, so I went up to the counter to check on it. Unfortunately, I found that the employee mistakenly handed my order to another customer who had just approached the counter, while half of my meal was sitting on the pickup tablet and was already cold. To make matters worse, the fries were overcooked and soggy, and one of the ice cream cones was so melted that it was dripping down the side. Overall, I left feeling upset. I’m not sure what I expected, but this was not it.

Had a great cheesy mc double. Now don 't think of this review as a reason to go to McDonald 's yes it 's ok for a quick bite to eat but not as a lunch and dinner type place because they serve burgers and meals. We should all be eating at home its just healthier and its downright tastier don 't you think. I would choose fresh char grilled juicy burgers over some flat stacks of what McDonald 's calls a Burger ?
