Kfc - Maple Heights

The food that I bought was old. When I asked for a refund I was told that the store does not give out refunds and that I would have to get my refund online. The manager that waited on me was Somica. She was very rude. I suspected that I might receive bad food so I asked if she can show me what I would be given first and she said no. So I took a risk. Bad decision.

I ordered a bucket of chicken and went to the lake to enjoy the weather. The food was delicious, I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5.

I went through the drive-thru and received excellent service. I didn't have to wait in a long line, and the food was hot and delicious. I highly recommend this location.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing and was informed that they were out of sides, only serving chicken. When I tried to order the 8 piece online, I was told they would not accept the order. This experience decreased my star rating for this restaurant.
