Feedback gevenI pointed out the mistake to the staff at the window, but they informed me that I needed to select the deal on the app, rather than just enter my app number. It would have been helpful if they had explained that to me when I placed my order. To make matters worse, the manager who came to assist me was quite rude. She abruptly told me that I had made a mistake and since I had already paid, nothing could be done. Then she simply walked away without offering any solution. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left feeling shocked by the poor customer service. If this is how you choose to run your business—by not honoring your coupon deals—then perhaps you shouldn’t offer them in the first place. Very disappointing experience!
I absolutely love the outstanding service I receive from Kylie. She is an incredibly hard worker who consistently goes above and beyond for her company.
I just went through the drive-thru and ordered two #12 meals and two breakfast burritos. I had to repeat the order twice to get it through the employee’s head. When we got to the payment window, it seemed like he didn't want to be there and didn’t care about his job. In the end, we only received one order of breakfast burritos instead of two.
We ordered 5 mcflurries. We were asked to wait at second window. 10 mins pass by. Other customers getting their mcflurries. Eventually we have to go in ourselves, while others continue to get milkshakes. Their response was we wait for more orders and then do it at the same time… no apologies, a silly excuse.
Food is good but I have health and safety concerns. Homeless people are sneaking in using the self serve pop/water machine rubbing their water bottle and straw all over the nosels after been digging through the trash no one cleans the nosels. This is a big risk. They need a security guard in here.
