Big Daddy's Pizza, Bbq Poutine

The food is tasty, full of flavor, and very fresh. The service is efficient, with orders arriving in about twenty minutes after 4:30. Since the restaurant is situated in a strip mall, enjoying your meal at home is likely a more pleasant experience than eating in.

I ordered three large pizzas and was really disappointed with the flavors. It felt like they used Frank's Red Hot sauce on one of them and a chipotle dipping sauce from Costco on another. The crust was dry, the bill was on the pricier side, and the taste was below average. I can confidently say I won't be coming back.

The regular poutine gravy was excessively salty, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. It's truly disappointing because I was eager to indulge in some good poutine.

The poutine was a total letdown — it was overly messy and served in a surprisingly small portion. The fries had an odd half-fried texture and were smothered in melted cheese curds and overly salty gravy that tasted like it came from a packet. It felt like a pricier version of Costco, but not nearly as good. I’m giving it 2 stars because it was still better than I anticipated for a strip mall in Maple Ridge.
