Italian at it's finest. Very impressive. Are we in Maple Ridge or Italy?? Great service, amazing carbonara and a cannelloni with sausage and Gorgonzola to die for! We will be back with friends and family.

Another fantastic meal. Crab and Lobster ravioli was absolutely incredible fresh fresh fresh. By far the best in maple ridge. Don't forget to make a reservation.

Amazing food and service. Small which gives it that very personal touch but a warning. Dont bother trying to get in last minute especially on the weekend. Always seems full. Our favourite!! Great atmosphere, great service and incredible food. If you're a fan of mussels, you won't find better than here. We have dinner here frequently and have never had a bad meal.

Best Pasta in Ridge. The restaurant is tucked into a corner and isn't obvious to notice when passing by, but what a surprise Il Corsaro is. They serve by far the best pasta in Maple Ridge. All the dishes are delicious and well-prepared. Service is friendly, though it seems the most common regulars will definitely get the upper hand in terms of attention. The restaurant design is moody and atmospheric, a good place for a dinner date. Overall a fantastic experience, and definitely the place to go for pasta in town.
