They need to learn how to estimate wait times!!! Tell you pizza is ready in 20 mins....I've been sitting here for 40 mins.
This Panago has significantly declined in quality. We used to be regular customers at this location, but the last two pizzas we ordered were thin and hard, resembling cardboard. A large part of the crust was just bare and burnt. It seems they may have altered their crust recipe or are rolling the dough too thin. Whatever the reason, the pizza tastes no better than the box it arrived in, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
I had never heard of this chain until I visited from the States, and I was thoroughly impressed. The pizza is fresh, and the salads are fantastic as well. I enjoyed every variety I tried while I was in the area.
Ordered over the phone came to pick it up and they didn't even start my pizza . What's the point of calling to make an order?
