Pho Phuong Hong Vietnamese Restaurant

Not sure what happened, but there seemed to be a conflict and to raise in the kitchen. we had to remember two different employees of our simple order 3 times and they forgot our appetiser anyway. the service was slow and some tables remained dirty and unclear all the time we were there. overall it was an unpleasant experience, so unlikely to return.

I had one of the worst experiences about this location. service was rude no help whatsoever. Now, I don't want to say what happened after that, just say, spend too much time in the washroom! on the planet?

For dinner with the family. I had a pig slaughter mi and a small pho (Rake-Rind- und rindfleischbälle). wife and children shared some appies and the pig on rice. my banh mi was very tasty, crispy, but soft bungalow with delicious delicate pork and fresh vegetables. the pho was the best I ever tried. the broth was spectacularly tasteful and the meat was also delicious. my wife and my children also enjoyed their meal, especially the salar rolls. the owner is also a very friendly and nice man who is very attentive to his customers. we will definitely be back, the woman and the children are already planning what is to be ordered next!

While there is nothing wrong with food quality, it is unfortunate the owner is unable to take any feedback. I picked up my order and mentioned to the owner that my portion was a bit small on a previous order, wasn't trying to get anything from this. The owner then proceeded to accuse me of lying and not tell the truth. You can tell that this owner is quite insecure and does not respect his customers feedback. Last time being a customer here.
