Not long wait periods to order in store, weird how the online ordering option is like an hour out and no earlier options though.

Ordered a southwest wrap with grilled chicken , but couldn't find any chicken. When I told the staff, she said ok and started gossiping with crew. Good food but staff needs to concentrate on job and customer service.

Love the Bangkok Salad and Chicken Pesto Quesadilla. My go to place for lunch! The staff is friendly and quick! Super clean and food is fresh!Vegetarian options: You can add it if you like or get as is!

Noticed they didn't put protein in salad once I got home... paid for chicken... happens way too often for a $18 salad

This location has been great with its food everytime I have visited with no complaints however service needs to improve. I came in and waited about 5 mins at the till as there was no one at the front. I gave it benefit of the doubt and thought the employees were busy at the back. Eventually 5 mins turned into 10 minutes and I walked out and went to Sushibucks instead. This is really not a good look and I don't think I may come back after this experience. Please advise your staff to be diligent in seeing if any customers are at the front if they are busy in the back.
