Himitsu Teriyaki - Maple Valley

This is my favorite teriyaki restaurant in Maple Valley. I always order a side of kimchi to go with my meal. The teriyaki here is not smothered in sauce like some other places. My kids really enjoy the shrimp tempura. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is delicious, but the beef teriyaki has gone downhill in quality.

Delicious! My household loves teriyaki, but when we moved to MV we needed to find a new spot. Himitsu has not disappointed on any of their entrees or appetizers and has quickly become a new takeout haunt for us.

Located in Maple Valley, this spacious teriyaki restaurant may be slightly hidden behind Bartell and QFC, but it is worth discovering. The staff is welcoming, the service is quick, and the food is absolutely delicious with generous portions. A quirky detail is that patrons only receive a fortune cookie if they smile and ask for one - no smile, no cookie!
