Fuwa Fuwa Dessert Cafe - Maple

We had a great time at fuwa fuwa . The staff was nice and the dessert were beautifully made. Definitely will be back !

I was at the cashier waiting to place my order, stood there for at least 5 mins .. there was no body in front me and I was completely ignored. There were 4 staff behind the bar. I could see one girl looked up and saw me waiting. Waited another 3 mins at least before a girl finally came around but she went straight to clean a table instead of taking my order …… she clearly saw me waiting as she had to come out from the bar to get to the tables.Especially when the pancakes take 20 mins to make… i would want to put my order in because the staff taking her time to clean the tables when it wasn’t busy at the store.

Our daughter highly recommended the Fuwa Fuwa and took us there for the taste. The place is bright and cozy but doesn't have too many tables. We ordered the Signature PC, Blueberry Cheese PC, and Mango PC. There was quite a waiting time from order to the pancakes freshly laid on your table. However, it was so fluffy and delicious and worth all the waiting time. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or a glass of specialty drink. You have to be in the right mood, the right time, with the right people to make your day perfect.

I came at around 2 pm on Monday, the place was empty, only 1 table taken by someone who already finished their meal. I ordered signature pancakes with a latte. The pancakes were delicious, however it took 21 minutes to bring 2 pancakes with no orders in front of me and I got no latte with them. So I reminded about my coffee and since the pancakes were to be eaten fresh, by the time I got my latte, the pancakes ended I think the service can be improved, the staff spent most of the time on the phones casually browsing and txting.

I'm shouting out the 3 workers who made my birthday. They were phenomenal and showed really nice customer service! They brought us our pancakes and it was the most heavenly tasting pancake I have ever had.I went and used their new birthday discount (buy 2 get 1 free) which was worth it as the pancake I took home still tasted great after a day sitting in the fridge.
