Strap Tank Brewing Co. - Mapleton

Horrible service. I stopped in for lunch after a motorcycle ride. I was seat today and about 5 minutes later a family was seated at the table next to me. They got there drinks, and there appetizers brought to them. No one ever came to my table. I was there for over 15 minutes and not once did anyone even talk to me. They weren’t busy at all, and even if they were there is no excuse for making someone wait that long. I am very disappointed with the springville location. I won’t be going back and I’ll be sure to tell all of my biker friends to do the same. Iv always has great service at the Lehi location. I was expecting the same from Springville.

I usually don't leave reviews like this but our poor experience last night at Strap Tank needs one. There were three of us that sat at the bar and our service was beyond poor ???????? (side note it wasn't busy at all in the restaurant). It took the bartender (he had a crown royal mask on) about 20 min to take our drink order, forgot part of our order so we reminded him of what was missing, then our food came out with items missing, and not once did he or the other bartender (bald guy) come over to check on us to see how our food was, or if we needed anything. We felt completely ignored the entire time we were there. My husband had to scream across the bar to get our check so we could leave. It was an awful experience and we won't ever be back.

1st time here. Great wings, beer and service! We will be back for sure.

The macaroni and cheese was horrible. The waitress said it looked bad and would give us a discount. She came back and said the system wouldn't allow it so we had to pay for two uneaten meals. Will not return.

The food had so much flavor. Im never disappointed! Highly recomend ????
