I just ordered chicken head cheese, it's very good as expected. I am living from NJ in California now for a while since I could not find one of my favorite food, the chicken or beef souse meat from this quality so I went omline and found Piast Meats and Provisions ordered chicken souse meat. I'll order something else I need to check and see if they have cattle sauce. I wish I could get closer shipping is a financing, but I gave a really good discount when I called it. Thank you.
