Last night at 7:45 PM, I arrived at a restaurant that had a sign saying it was open until 10 PM. However, all chairs were stacked on tables. I waited in line and was informed that food could only be ordered electronically through their website. Despite being willing to prepare our order, the staff refused to assist us unless we placed our order online. Many other customers in line were also frustrated, causing some to leave, including myself. The reason given by the staff was that they were trying to prioritize online orders. If I were the franchise owner, I would reconsider my employees and business practices. Hopefully, the restaurant owner takes note of these issues and addresses them. Best of luck, as there seems to be a challenging road ahead.

After I placed a larger order at this restaurant, I was met with a rude manager who seemed unaware of my request. The manager showed no concern when I stated that I did not want the Queso juice container on the chips I ordered, and refused to provide me with his name. He stated that he did not work there and did not have to disclose his name before abruptly ending the interaction. This poor customer service experience has left me unwilling to spend any more of my money at Qdoba. I will be taking my business to Chipotle for my large party orders in the future.
