Fritanga Nicaraguan Cuisine

Is a small place with good Nicaraguan food, the carne asada and churrasco were very delicious they were accompany with tostones, tajadas, galló pinto and queso frito pretty good if you ask me, I wish the place was closer to me.

I got a Bistec that was chewy, the slow was all vinegar and the res beans and rice were bland. The plantains were good though.

OMG so good! No pics since we devoured the food. Highly recommend the emplandaa- filled to the brim with meat. And the fried cheese! Got the pork shoulder- delicious. The dry run was amazing. Also got the fried chicken- most chicken-y chicken I've ever had. Highly recommend the rice and beans- not typically my thing but next I've ever tasted. I could not stop eating. Food was great but I ordered a drink and watched as my waiter was on his phone at the bar during the entire course of my meal, not even bringing me a water. By the time I was done he brought the check with the drink on the receipt. I can understand forgetting something but that to me was unacceptable

Absolutely delicious Highly recommend if your looking for something new that's not going to disappoint. This is the spot.
