St. Louis Bread Co. - Mar del plata

Absolutely ridiculous. I went in and grabbed few bakery items to go. They added gratuity for a TOGO order. I got home and realized they have added it which is absolutely ridiculous.

This location constantly underperforms. It’s come down to a lack of customer service. Today at 130pm they were out of ingredients! How is that possible!? Most times when we order we get wrong items or missing items, then spend time rectifying the issue. It’s simple….better quality control is needed from this location and more care in handling customers needs…..corporate needs to go back to their old business model from the late 90’s early 00’s.

My partner and I came in for lunch, him being vegetarian they are out of hummus for the Mediterranean sandwich so he ordered the grilled mac and cheese pay for the order we're sitting down they call me up to the counter to tell me that they're out of mac and cheese also!! Very disappointing so my partner got his money back and we're leaving!!

Kind of run down, but they do look to be in the middle of renovations. Took 10 mins to get my order, which was the only one being worked at the time.

Went inside dining. Turkey Bacon sandwich was spot on. Had avacado and a really good bread. Super friendly cashier-order taker. Clean tables
