St. Louis Union Station Soda Fountain

I wasn't impressed, especially for the price. Left this review a couple years ago. Tried this location again just to see if I was wrong. All 6 of us were unimpressed yet again. Definitely won't try a 3rd time.

We brought my son here for his 8th birthday because he wanted to eat and get ice cream. When we came in they told us a 20 minute wait, but we actually ended up waiting 45 minutes. After we were seated we waited 15 minutes before being greeted by our server. All of the staff looked absolutely miserable, besides the bus boy. We needed up just a eating our food and leaving to go somewhere else to get ice cream. Definitely will not be going back, which sucks because the place seems like it could be … – show

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE we waited for a table for 45 minutes then we finally get our table and it takes a waiter almost 15 minutes to come take our drink order. She shows up with two waters when we had 4 people. We are still waiting for our food. At this point it’s been over an hour. It’s pretty basic menu. We just got out food and we’re missing some of it but the waitress walked off too quick for us to say anything. Would’ve come back if my life depended on it.

ONLY GAVE 2 STAR BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS OK AND NOT PRICY.. For the amount of people that were in there, I'm shocked at how slow the service was. This is my third time coming here and it hasn't changed regardless of the number of customers. I had a cheeseburger and a side However, all side items you have to purchase separately. A positive for the restraunt is if you have an annual membership with the aquarium you get a discount. Was it worth the money and 20 minutes to get service to start? I think I would have picked something different.
