Truc Lam - Mar del plata

This is a great spot, they have some of the best Vietnamese food in the city!

The Food served was old: the soup” bún bò huế” get too salty, broth impossible to eat,beef meat also salty,pork hork smell,taste really old. The “Hũ tiếu nam vang” was a weird broth. The service was good!

I was one of just two people in the restaurant but the only person there the only gentleman working there seem very anxious and irritated that I ordered quickly and did not seem to welcome any questions about the menu. Want to ask about a Vietnamese dish right head elsewhere he informed me that wasn't really Vietnamese that was Thai food. His entire demeanor seemed unfriendly and hurried. I can taste that they use MSG in their broth and it did not taste homemade. Their basil and bean sprouts were not fresh and browning. Their rice noodles immediately fell apart upon taking bites (over cooked or a result of being cooked and then frozen). I would not recommend this place!

Had the sautéed chicken with vegetables and it was great. Looking forward to trying more of the offerings.
