We had flank steak, chicken and ribs with frits, sweet potatoes and roasted pumpkin. If you... like spicy sauces, ask for her. It is homemade and absolutely amazing. The prices are great, the service is fast and friendly. I'd visit again.
The place is beautiful, good location, the presentation of the food is amazing, the service is good and the portions are large, BUT the quality is not very good. We order Asado, vacio and entraña (hard to chew), the tortilla also not so big, the sweat...Cartoffeln rides too dry. The salad was good and the selection of wines was ok.
Another one comes together with colleagues from all over the world. A number of smaller dishes than appetizers were generally good. A very beautiful plate of fried cheese, a decent Morcilla. But unfortunately the Bifes de chorizo, who came, were badly cooked, nothing like the medium...rare we had requested, more on the well-made side. The taste of the meat itself was good and that could have been a better dish. Wine was good. The owners offered us some Limonincello on the house. It was pleasant to sit outside, but the food overall was not as good as the other two parrillas I had visited on the days before.
I lived in Mar del Plata for almost 6 months. La Mulita is my favorite restaurant to go for a great steak. If you are hungry when you come to the restaurant, order some empanadas that are delicious and simple enough to tide... You're over while your steak is on the grill. For the main course, order the bife de chorizo (Sirloin Steak). Almost 3 inches tall, you just won't believe your eyes. The Bife de chorizo is carburized on the outside, juicy and cooked to perfection on the inside (I prefer bien cocido, well made). I think it's enough meat to share between two. I also recommend ordering a page of grilled vegetables or a salad. Finish the meal with the chocolate mousse and a free digestive tract (lemoncello couples especially well with their chocolate mousse). Definitely reserve. Read more about MDP: [hidden link]
