The Manager Who Worked The Morning of 4/30/24 Is Azz. Don't Listen At All.

Unwelcome. Told they closed at 5 despite the website saying 530. So the fact that they are open and won't serve customers... what's the point: will not be back here.

I hate even giving this place a one star. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while I was literally the only one there. There are two kiosk counter, but they both had out of order signs on them. I’m finally asked if I could please order a dozen donuts and the guy came out from behind the counter angrily and tore both of the out of order signs off of the kiosks and told me I could order there. then he proceeded to go take an order at the drive-through while the other two people who were there, just stood there drinking their drinks and ignoring me. I then went to the kiosk and ordered a dozen donuts and then waited another five minutes until one of them decided to fulfill my order. I have lived here in this town for almost 30 years and that by far is the worst and rudest service I have ever experienced not only in this town but possibly in my entire life. I guess luckily I had a credit card because I wanted to pay in cash, but that was not even an option. Then to top it off, I got home and they got my order wrong. Not much else I can say after that. Only other thing I could say would be you are better off getting some donuts at the Circle K.

ABYSMAL. Cheated us out of our money and coffee. Ordered online around 6:35 when the place closes at 7 or 8 and found the place completely empty with all the machines on and the order up on the board. After waiting around for some time an employee showed up and was fairly annoying about the fact they were closed and we would not be getting coffee or a refund. Did nothing to make it right or even apologize. They're not supposed to accept orders online after closing and there was no action taken to fix the problem.ALSO. This establishment is barely a Dunkin, exists within a gas station that looks like it belongs in a Venom movie, and closes at 6 contrary to its posted hours

The worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin, 7am should be fresh products, but we're definitely day old or possibly longer, limited selection and staff was less than friendly. Tossed the remainder in the trash and went to McDonald's.
