Fuji Sushi Asian Grill - MARBLE FALLS

It’s easy to overlook this spot if you're driving on 281, so keep an eye out for it. It’s situated in the corner of a shopping center, and parking can be a bit tricky too. I visited here during my birthday weekend, having been here once before. I really enjoy the ambience, and the food service is generally good. However, if you’re a fan of spicy food, this may not be the right place for you. Each time I've requested the spiciest dish or sushi, what I received was far from spicy. Many authentic Asian restaurants offer a spice level that allows you to choose how spicy you'd like your meal. I understand they might be playing it safe here, but it’s just too mild for my taste. While it’s not quite what I’m looking for, it’s a lovely spot for a cozy, intimate dinner.

I tried the spicy tuna roll and the Philadelphia roll. Both were tasty, but the Philly roll was outstanding. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is nice, and overall, I really enjoyed my experience.

Tiny restaurant serving sushi rolls and Japanese grill items. The atmosphere is nice with Japanese prints, fans and lanterns for decor. The fish is fresh. It was a bit warm when we went- perhaps their a/c wasn't working well. But the rolls, sashimi and sushi we had were all very good.

Great sushi place! So very fresh I love the seaweed salad. Everything I get is always perfect. Super friendly staff! Even the hot tea was wonferful (Im picky) Their to go items are in high quality plastic that stores it super well so its literally just as fresh if not more so when you get to it!

So nice to find a little place in a strip mall representing itself with great Sushi. The rolls are amazing. I recommend the sandwich roll. The nigiri sushi is a little small but it’s not that expensive so the offset in price makes it still worthwhile. The staff is attentive, and the hostess is very sweet and generous with her smile. Will stop again next time we’re in marble Falls.
