However, I was taken aback by the rude and sarcastic staff at the counter. I almost left without ordering. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. What a disappointment.
I paid $5 for a lox mix bagel, and there was hardly any cream cheese on it. I would share pictures if I could. After one or two bites, I just couldn't eat it. It felt like a waste of time and money.
I really enjoy this deli, but for some reason, they double the prices for online orders. All the sandwiches that are listed for around $10 on their menu and website end up costing over $20. If you order through UberEats, it feels like you're getting ripped off. I wish they would update the prices to make it more reasonable.
I guess it’s OK if you have a large order but I just walked in and needed a little bit. The person who walked in after me was served first go figure?
The young woman who prepared my turkey club sandwich yesterday deserves a $5 raise for her excellent skills in making a fantastic sandwich! The atmosphere was also wonderful. The next time I'm in Marblehead/Swampscott, I know exactly where to go for a delicious sandwich.
