Review addressed mainly to the staff. The product was mainly good even if served with arrogance and little desire to work. Terrible experience due to the rudeness of the staff, both at the counter and beyond. During the Napoli match I had to witness them instead of working thinking about making fun of the people who were rightly there to watch a match. Two of them even used a threatening and violent tone after a customer celebrated Napoli's goal. Beautiful evening ruined by their incompetence

Cleanliness equal to zero, unprofessional staff, horrible coffee.

Bad service, arrogant staff, little knowledge of their profession, they don’t even know where kindness and hospitality are located, few and of low quality products. If you want to know ill-education, it's here. Experience to say nothing embarrassing. I'm upset at all.
