This place was just not good. The server blatantly lied about the availability of the filet mignon on the menu. In addition, my friends Halibut came out with cheese on it. When he wanted to give it back and requested a new entree, the chef asked him if was ok if they rinsed off the fish. Disgusting.
The scallops were delicious and the waiter was really friendly.
Fin Bistro is DEVINE if you love fresh fish. HIGHLY recommend the panko herb crusted snapper; it was perfection on a plate. Their cocktails are also worth it (the Pain Killer, mmmmm...? !! Our outstanding server was Tom. He worked out our special requests with the chef and we enjoyed amazing meals!! We will certainly return! Fin Bistro is some of the finest food on the island! Great atmosphere dining area and bar area too!
