Korals Sushi Cocktail Lobby

Overpriced drinks and was up charged for having whiskey on the rocks.

Great opportunity to visit Korals while in town for a family holiday. To say that their Sushi is good is a supreme understatement. Some of the best I have had, around the world. The biggest detractor was the poor service and slowness of everything, including water-down drinks. The four of us dined on a variety of the sushi options, basically a table full of delectable options. Not incredibly busy for a Friday night but the waitress we had was hectic and fairly laissez-faire. Which meant slow drink orders, watered-down cocktails and never any water refills. Our sushi did come out correct, but it was not awesome for our attendant. JWM needs to think about their service degradation at a few places.

Beautiful setting but the service and food were horrible. This place needs a serious overhaul of its staff both front of house and back of house. The service levels are nowhere near what a JW Marriott calls for. Extremely disappointing.

Super convenient right in the lobby of the JW. Lot of fun but a bit noisy with many families. The Marco Sushi with huge lobster pieces were excellent. Sushi and drinks after a day in the sun is a great ending to a great day.

This past week we came in to have sushi and a drink at Korals. Never again. The California Rolls were dry, the Yellowtail Sushi smelled very fishy and was terrible. The Red Dragon roll was ok. We had ordered a tequila on the rocks and a Tito’s cranberry when we ordered our sushi. The drinks came after we were done eating our sushi!!! The service and food was horrible for being apart of a JW Marriott. Our waitress Ivanna was very rude and not to just us, but others around us she was waiting on. She should have at least comped our drinks, Complete waste of money.
