My last visit, for a quick cappuccino, had me wondering if an evening meal might be promising... and all I'd heard since was reassuring... .It was a very busy night, but service was prompt, professional and attentive. Our shared feast included Goat Curry, Navrattan Korma, Palak Paneer, Raita, Garlic Naan and Steamed Basmati Rice. Pappadams and Yoghurt & Mint Chutney were complimentary. Wines we enjoyed with our meal were BYO... with no corkage fee: a 2016 Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc and a 2012 Yarra Valley Section A8 Syrah (the latter perfect with my Goat Curry!)Top marks for a superb Indian feast... and for free corkage... always a plus!~
Nice to have an Indian restaurant with great food and service in town. Went with my partner and parents for dinner. We found it to be great value especially for the amount of food we were giving considering Indians can be expensive. We would all highly recommend and we will be back in the future
Got takeaway on a Monday night, quick service. All dishes were very tasty and a good size. We had a Beef vindaloo Lamb Saag Prawn jalfrezzi Lamb korma Garlic Naan Rice
We bought our curry in the morning so that we could have it for dinner in our holiday accommodation and did we get that right! It was delicious and a very good size for two big eaters. Can recommend if you want a really good curry.
We had dinner, the four of us ordered Rogan Josh, papadams, naan bread, Chicken Korma, Raita and were advised that we did not need to order two bowls of rice one would be enough for the four of us. All of the food was nice, the service was prompt and friendly. Prices were reasonable. As we were leaving a large group arrived this made the restaurant a little noisy so glad we ate earlier.
