Au Marquis De Terme - Margaux

This establishment, located in the heart of a vintage classified in Margaux, was only open for six months, but it is already essential. The room is very beautiful and the kitchen, fresh and spontaneous, is first with a very attentive service. Another good surprise is the list of eclectic wines. All the name Margaux is of course represented, but it also has a very nice selection of wines from Bordeaux and even from all of France. A must-see stage.

We came to lunch on Monday, January 3, we were very welcome. The restaurant is very beautiful, we were placed in front of a window overlooking a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly, listening. Refined cuisine, all dishes are very good, they highlight simple products, we loved a lot. Very good advice on white wine for me). We will return with pleasure. We spent a wonderful Christmas Eve in this beautiful castle with a very design decoration. A cuisine with the ingredients of the terroir with exceptional products sublimated by the cooks, impeccable service, passionate staff, very attentive and very good advice and a map of the sublime wines and a great variety. Thanks to our sommelier who was able to answer our questions perfectly. A place to discover and do at least once in his life. I will keep an excellent memory of this New Year's Eve 2021.
