This mountain hut is right next to the Wirpitschsee lake at 1700m, in the Weißpriachtal.The Macheiner family hosts in a tiny room inside when the weather is not too friendly but also on benches outside.Typical genuine food at excellent price.We had very good Kasknödelsuppe (broth) and Kaiserschmarren (dessert)if you need the bathroom you might just look for a tree around as the bathroom is a cabin with a seat just above the ground, but it's a perfect place to stop after the hike to the lake.
