UPDATE: Totally content with the way the situation was rectified! They were kind when we went in to discuss what happened! The food was delicious and i won’t hesitate to come back!!!!——————————The breakfast sandwich. Great. The lack of presence behind the counter is what drew me to rating at a 1. Got a bagel and cream cheese. Everything bagel looked alright. Opened bagel and wondered why the cream cheese looked spoiled. I smelled it and being a cake decorator/baker as a living…couldnt believe my everything bagel had buttercream on it. They were that unaware of their products that they CAKED (pun intended) my bagel with frosting. And when i called, they put me on hold(set the phone down) and i waited 10minutes until finally hanging up. The 2 young girls forgot i was on hold and forgot all together the phone was off the hook. I tried calling back and they didn't put it back on the hook. Super disappointed

The breakfast sandwiches here are like eating poetry. I low-key suspect there's magical forces at play, but idc cuz these sandwiches be bussin'

This girl is a scam she owe someone I'm money for something and won't pay up she has blocked her on everything

Italian sub was the BEST I have ever had. It's a must try.

Not overly impressed, we got several Reubens in the meat was consistent in these sandwiches, you can get these same apple fritters at Stewart's shops. And they were almost out of potato salad, we got a small container. That was very bland
