Although I don't like when they say that, poor service... It didn't take a while. The staff was focused, friendly and knocking the orders out. The sandwich didn't suffer due to the speed. Excellent service, excellent sandwich. Jersey Mike's is my favorite and I think it's underrated compared to Firehouse. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
If you order online and go to pick up a sub they will ignore you and are rude about it. If you don't want online orders, then don't allow online orders. Funny there is a tip option on the app, for terrible service.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My Philly cheesesteak had a lot of raw pieces in it, which made me feel unwell. When I opened it up, it was quite unappetizing and almost made me sick. The Asian guy at the front provided great service, but the girl seemed rushed and could have used some assistance. It's concerning because this is how people can get sick. I ended up feeling unwell and had to go home. I wouldn't recommend coming here on your lunch break. Service: Takeout.

**Ratings:** - **Atmosphere:** ★★★★ - **Food:** ★★★ - **Service:** ★★★★ **Background:** We chose Jersey Mike's to satisfy my mother-in-law's craving for their tuna sub. **Atmosphere:** My sister-in-law ordered our meals online, which made the whole process very seamless. I took care of the pickup. The restaurant is conveniently situated next to Starbucks and CVS, but the parking lot can be a bit tight. **Food:** I went for a cold sub and had a hankering for Italian cold cuts. I selected the “Lucky #13,” known as The Original Italian, featuring Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. I added some seasoning and jalapeños, opting for wheat bread. I had to research prosciuttini since I'm more familiar with prosciutto. I learned that prosciuttini is a spice-infused variation of prosciutto, seasoned here with black pepper. When I opened my sub, it was piled high with a variety of toppings. However, the wheat bread looked more like an unusual shade of white, which wasn’t what I expected from whole wheat. They offer three size options: mini, regular, and giant; I chose the regular, measuring 7 inches. In comparison, my usual sub shop's standard length is 8 inches. It’s hard not to think that size matters when it comes to subs. The bread quality and limited size options contributed to my overall rating of three stars. **Service:** My interaction with the staff mainly revolved around picking up my order. I went to the register, mentioned my name for the online order, and noticed my bag just sitting there, unsealed. It would have been nice if they had sealed it once it was packed. Instead, the cashier had to check to confirm the order was complete. After sealing the bag, she handed it over to me. **Future Visits:** I might consider returning in the future.
