Barsanti's \ Root River Golf Club

Our group of made lastt minute reservations. Even though Barsanti's was totally booked, they found a space for us. We had drinks on the patio overlooking the golf course and were seated inside the restaurant for dinner. Everything was spotless and the service was...excellent. The staff had no problem accomodating gluten free. The food was delicious and was served on a very timely manner.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food at Barsanti's Root River Golf Club. The prime rib was over the top. All of us loved the food and it was not a rushed atmosphere. It had a good wine list. The view of the golf course was...nice even though it was still covered in snow. (lol) The carpets in this restaurant are shabby and outdated, alas,we are only walking on them. The furniture needs to be updated a bit. They have nice clean bathrooms.

I brought a visitor for a special dinner Saturday, and we both loved our meals. I had the salmon special, and my friend enjoyed her prime rib.i asked for the millefoie lasanga, which is one of my favourite things here. Love their ribs, and the...little lemon tarts . . . pasta is great, salads are good too. Service was perfect.

Can never go wrong here. Meals are always tasty and service is always great. My steak is always cooked just the way I like it

The staff are amazing, the food always excellent. Intimate setting and yet friendly and inviting. Staff offers suggestions, timing is perfect, never rushed, but also not long delays. I always enjoy our meal. The lasagna and chicken was perfect.
