Feedback gevenThe chicken and fries were decent, nothing special. However, the biscuits were outstanding - likely the best I've ever had! Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. We waited an incredibly long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, we were shorted on everything. Our fries were not filled all the way, we were only given 2 instead of 3, and we received 10 chicken strips instead of 12. Additionally, we only received 4 biscuits when we ordered 6, and our 1/2 gallon of sweet tea never arrived. Despite the good food (earning it 4 stars), the poor service left much to be desired.
I dined at the restaurant on two different occasions and ordered biscuits and fries, which were both perfect. The staff was wonderful and the food arrived quickly and hot. I was extremely satisfied with my dining experience.
Quick service, great prices, fresh food. Staff was friendly. While there was a line, they worked to move customers quickly. You definitely can tell the good was fresh. Bo rounds were not greasy unlike other locations and I'M THANKFUL! Nothing like having to drain your food before eating.
I recently visited the restaurant located on Franklin Gateway and ordered two wing and breast meals. Unfortunately, when we received our order, one box only had one wing and the other box had two wings. Despite the price not being an issue, we were disappointed by the lack of honesty. When we returned to address the mistake, the staff, including the manager, were rude and disrespectful. The employee at the window seemed unfazed by the error and did not take responsibility. The woman who eventually refunded our money did not properly address the situation either. It was clear that there was a lack of accountability and professionalism at this location. Despite receiving only three pieces of chicken instead of the two meals we paid for, no apologies were offered. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be sharing my negative experience with others. It is clear that improvements need to be made in management in order to retain customers. I would rate this experience a zero if possible.
So they want me to rate the atmosphere of the drive-through it 's great.. lol Does anyone go inside anymore.. ?? Honestly I don 't ever think I 've been inside of Bojangles. Still this location is ON IT 5 stars ??.. and just across the street from cracker barrel.
