We couldn’t be more impressed with the deliciousness that is the sausage stuffed deboned chicken!!! Will gladly make the trip from Rome often! Cannot wait to try the other goodies I purchased! You owe it to yourself to support these folks!

Just had CMC cook a fowl de cochon....basically a turducken inside a deboned pig...I had them smoke it for me for a party I was throwing. EVERYTHING went flawlessly, the guest of honor was ready at 9am I arrived at 9am and was out the door at 9:17 which included a little shopping.The fdc was amazing I had the 120qt cooler in the back seat...the really wrapped it well and explained how to serve it, cut it and roll all the foil to prevent messes. Everyone took home plenty of food (23 of us) and it was almost to hot for ungloved hands to pick up at 1pm. EVERYTHING I have had from Cajun Meat Co has been fresh, delicious and I can get any kind of Cajun specialty products. Their boudin is excellent. The fowl de cochon was over the top and along with the great customer service made for a memorable party. Thanks Chad and the incredible staff...WELL DONE!

I love this place. I'm from Louisiana and they had alot of foods I've been looking for. Great customer service. I most definitely will be back. It is very clean. And smells great.

I was born in NOLA and raised on the MS Gulf Coast. Crawfish boils have been part of my life. A friend recently told me about the Cajun Meat Company so we when decided to do a boil for our friends here in Atlanta I ordered 2 live select sacks from Chad. The email communication was excellent and we were very pleased with the 60 pounds we received. Also thankful that they had the LA brand of oil in their store. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
