Feedback gevenI was really apprehensive about dining here. During my last visit, all the staff were outside and the restaurant closed much earlier than it was supposed to. When I tried to return, I noticed at least 5 or 6 employees just sitting around outside. It didn't look good. It seems like there's no proper management here; it feels like the staff can do whatever they like.
I have never encountered such rude staff in my life. It seems they are overwhelmed by their fast-paced environment. If fast food employees can't communicate effectively, perhaps they should reconsider their roles. I suggest closing the restaurant until the issues are addressed.
The staff is friendly, and the food is served in a reasonable timeframe. However, ordering can be a hassle since it's done through a machine that struggles to process even the smallest changes to your order, which can be quite frustrating.
Terrible service. Placed my mobile order and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my burger and fries. They weren't busy and had at least 4-5 people working that I saw.Fries were good though and I got a free drink my using the app.
Closes early, not hard to do your job to the end of your shift. If your going to close early change your hours. It’s dumb to be looked at like you should have known. You have posted hours.... maybe follow them. Seriously never heard of when I worked food service.
