Kfc - Marietta

Staff was very jovial with customers. Very happy asking how our day was going. Food was wonderful. Fries were good served hot(may not so much salt for those watching their salt intake). Place was clean

Nothing about my experience was even close to being good. Ordered a 2 piece big box, we told the lady taking our order exactly what we wanted, she still put the order in with the coleslaw and mashed potatoes even though we asked for mac cheese andmashed potatoes. She never asked about a drink. We got to the window and had to correct our order and also told her the drink wewanted. We were overcharged and made to pay for the drink and were told that it wasn't included. I know d@mn well it was on thepicture and listed a drink included. Whatever, I'm tired after working 10 hours and just want to eat not fighting for $3. Wewaited in line to order well over 20 minutes, were given cold chicken, mashed potatoes tasted like chemicals (totally inedible)mac cheese was gummy, and the biscuit was hard as a rock.

I work there they are very nice and professional clean good work environment

Food is horrible, buffet is gone (the best thing they had going for them), portions have shrunk dramatically to children's portions, and prices have skyrocketed. Forget about side substitutions if you have coupons because they no longer allow that soeven if you hate coleslaw too bad, you are stuck with it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone now.

Place is a joke. Pieces of chicken are so small it's like they are meant for children and the individual sides are so small it's like they are meant for children too. For the prices they charge it's just completely unacceptable. I will never be back!
