Feedback gevenDidn't deliver my order or call to contact me, and were rude on the phone when I reached out to find out what had gone wrong.
Twice now I’ve ordered delivery to get a call they have no drivers. Today I decided to call before wasting my money and sure enough no delivery drivers on a SATURDAY. They do not turn off delivery as an option online. If people pay extra for delivery it’s because they’re too busy or sick to come get the pizza in the first place. Done with Marcos. I’ve been buying pizza from them my whole life and it took one store to ruin it. If you want to see how NOT to run a business check these guys out.
The pizza was absolutely amazing. I did an online order and requested curbside delivery. I ended up walking inside to pick it up. The young man couldn’t find the pizza so he had someone else assist him. The gentlemen who assisted him grabbed the pizza, checked it to make sure it was correct and then placed it on the counter closer to him then walked away. I assumed he was looking for something else, but nope. That was their way of handing me my pizza. The original guy who was in charge of the front desk started looking around as if he was looking for something. I asked him if I was good to go because my pizza was not necessarily handed to me as if I was good to go. Young man said “oh you need your pizza handed to you?” YESSSSSS because that is how you properly customer service someone and you tell them “thank you and have a nice day”. Silly me to expect at least decent customer service.
I live a few minutes away from this location and other than it being very close to my home, I've never had any problems with this store. Each time the service was very good and the food was excellent. Im sorry to read others haven't had the experience I have but try this location.
The only reason I choose this place on occasion is that the ingredients seem to be a little better than the other chains dominoes, papa John's, little Caesar's etc... but it's really hit or miss. The amount of toppings seems to very greatly, I use to be very pleased with the quantity of toppings on the pizza, but the last few times we tried their one topping deals, they seemed to have half of what they use to, 1/2 of what would be reasonable. For example barely a sprinkle of pepperonis across a whole pizza. Worse than that though is they ALWAYS mess up the order in some way. They never include the requested and supposed to be included dipping sauces, which I have learned to double check before leaving when it's a pick up order, but also they always screw up the toppings. Tonight's pizza was completely missing the green olives requested on one half of a pizza and black olives on another half (both halves were supposed to have black olives and only one did and one half also green olives which none were added) also paying for extra cheese seems to be ignored. Worse we have had meat added to non meat pizzas where that person doesn't eat meat for example. They have NEVER gotten an order correct and they literally have a printed sheet with the pizza that tells them what's supposed to be on it. Pizza often seems slightly under cooked and a bit doughy on top. It feels like things changed a while back and I think they got new owners or management and it's just gotten so much worse. Also I don't ever seem to get my points when I order through my account on their app. It's been stuck at 91 for several orders, where 100 is supposed to get you a $10 gift certificate. Also their app sucks even worse since they redid it. Tonight may have been our last order from here.
