Feedback gevenMarietta, Ga. Not the best of locations . Bar heavily out of stock on most things. No 1 was helping to fill and 3 employees behind counter. Was a 5:00 pm Saturday visit. Great deal of young employees under 21, and in training. Associate helped but didn’t even greet me or speak. I spoke 1st. Associate had on gloves but didn’t change them to fix my salad and walked up to assist with them already on. Not a plus for me. Watched another employee (male) make his own salad (I guess for lunch) no gloves worn, as they should be. Don’t think I’ll be back to the Marietta location. As I dined in the seating area most of the tables were dirty. 5 employees behind the cash register and no 1 was concerned about the cleaning dining area. Smh
We have dined at this location a number of times. we order the harvest salad. we noticed. on Saturday that we received about half the amount of lettuce that we normally get. it was mostly toppings. it was this way for all three salads. no idea why the man fixing the salads was so chintzy on the lettuce but it ruined the whole dining experience.so if the plan was to scrimp on the lettuce you accomplished that.but in return you just lost three long time customers.
I placed an order for take out through their app. The app adds a tip without asking you. Good thing I caught it because I would have had 0 intention of tipping after the staff gave me the wrong order. Somehow, they didn't notice the person's name on the actual food item in giant bold letters didn't match the customer name in giant bold letters on the receipt.Came back and the staff had put my order in a fridge and just found it and gave it to me. Guess my chicken was now nicely cold if it were ever even warm.You screwed up an order, remake it. I didn't pay $20 for a salad that's been sitting around in a fridge. You inconvenienced a customer by making them drive all the way back to get the right order, give them a gift card or something to demonstrate that you realize that you screwed up. Hell, you have our phone number on the receipt. The staff had realized they had messed up but didn't bother to call? Why do you have phone numbers then?
They have a huge selection to choose from for your salad or wrap. There were some interesting lemonade choices on tap, which was fun. Reasonable prices. The salad was tasty and large enough that I got two meals out of it.Food: 5/5
This was my first experience, and they failed miserably. I placed an order online and arrived to pick up my items and was not greeted, although there were two people at the register and no Patrons being checking out. Upon arriving back to work, I noticed only one of the two salads ordered had protein on them as ordered and paid for. The pita chips were burnt, and there were six in each bag. I immediately phone the establishment, leaving three voicemails over the course of a two-day span and have yet to be contacted
