Feedback gevenThis location is very busy, with the drive-thru often extending into the street. Parking out front is limited, and it can be challenging to exit due to the drive-thru traffic. However, the staff does a commendable job of keeping the line moving efficiently.
As soon as I arrived, Jason greeted me and asked for my name. He took my order promptly, and the only issue I encountered was that they were out of the ingredients for my drink. He specifically mentioned they didn't have any caramel drizzle. Thankfully, it wasn't a big deal.
I had a great experience during my visit, largely thanks to a barista named Horton, who was incredibly helpful and made my time there even more enjoyable. Everything was lovely, except for one awkward moment—I wasn't prepared to enter a 5-digit code to access one of the two restrooms. It was quite uncomfortable to ask for the code in front of so many patrons sitting nearby. Overall, it was a nice visit, but that restroom situation definitely caught me off guard!
I walked over from Piedmont urgent care during my break. A woman standing outside told me the inside of the store was closed and that they were only open for another 15 minutes due to short staff. As I was walking away she let me know she could take my order no problem. She took my order outside and I got it super quickly. It was made perfectly. I didn’t have a chance to ask her name but I really appreciate her kindness. Great way to start the new year!
