Feedback gevenI didn’t receive a receipt at the drive-thru on September 16th at 11:50 AM. I was charged $7.72 for a Chicken Chalupa Supreme and a hard taco. Not only does the charge seem off, but I also didn't get a receipt. To make matters worse, the hard taco was stale, and I had to spit it out because I couldn't eat it.
I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say this is the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. I'm not sure if it's due to lazy staff or something else, but on two separate occasions, they told me it would be a 30-minute wait for food. This isn't a sit-down restaurant; it's Taco Bell, for goodness' sake! I won't be coming back, and I feel the need to warn others because this is just ridiculous.
This location often closes unexpectedly or has system issues that prevent them from taking or processing orders. I've been turned away from here more times than I've actually been able to get food. When they are open, the staff is friendly and the food is good, but there's no assurance that it will be open when it's supposed to be. I don't fault the workers; they're doing their best. The real problem lies with management.
Every single time I 've been here in the last 6 to 8 months I pull up to the drive thru lane and the guy says the same thing every time welcome to taco bell I do apologize but we only have one employee in the kitchen tonight so please keep your ordershort. Or today he said welcome to tacobell I do apologize but we only have one employee working and I just got a big order soI 'm out of ingredients for about 20minutes. I 've only been here between the times of 10pm to 2am but every single time they saythis pretty terribly run tacobell.
DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. The customer service is terrible. The staff is really disrespectful. I placed an online mobile order bc the inside is closed. When I get to drive thru the lady told me to cancel the mobile order bc they are not acceptingmobile orders. So I cancelled the order. When I was placing my order, the lady was literally yelling at me and saying how sheheard me say no beef beans instead. She could say it respectfully. This is the same restaurant that told me I can?t have morethan 2 sauce packets for my 3 times. I decided to give this restaurant a shot, but will never ever go again.
