La Plaza - Marieville

I have never experienced such poor treatment as a customer in my life. I called at 6:40 PM to order a pizza, and by 8 PM, it still hadn’t arrived. I called to check on my order, and they assured me it was on its way. The restaurant is only five minutes from my house. I decided to wait until 8:25 PM to call back, thinking they might be busy with other deliveries. It was then that they informed me they had no record of my order. They put me on hold and then disconnected the call. I waited a few minutes for them to call back, but no one did, so I called again. This time, they acted as if they didn’t understand what I was talking about, and I had to explain the situation all over again. They claimed to have no record of my order again and asked if I wanted to place it anew. I told them I was uncomfortable paying full price for a pizza that was two hours late. Their response was to question why I waited two hours to call. I reiterated for the third time that I had indeed called 30 minutes ago and was told my order was on its way. Again, they hung up on me. I then asked to speak with a manager, but they hung up on me once more. I tried again to get the name of the person I spoke with, but they disconnected the call again. What a terrible example of customer service!
