Very tasty food, everything served is of excellent quality, a pleasant, calm atmosphere and fair prices, what leaves something to be desired is the service, the staff are polite and kind, but very distracted, they make a lot of mistakes, I confess that I have never seen so many consecutive errors in an establishment, but the worst of all is the bakery system that keeps falling down, and when that happens, no one has any idea what the customer consumed or not, it's bizarre, there is no control, twice I felt that I was charged unduly, coincidentally in these two cases the system had crashed, the last time, I consumed lunch+ two small bottles of sparkling water 45 reais, my friend: lunch+2 sparkling waters+jar of juice+piece of cake 52 reais...(our dishes were 130 grams different). The same thing the other time, a lunch and a water, more than 40 reais, and normally my lunch is around 30 reais (when the system is active), lost employees asking us what we had consumed, there have been situations where I felt that if I hadn't spoken, I could have left without paying, anyway, very cool place, you just need to fix this to make it perfect, it's a serious flaw and not everyone has the same patience as me.
