Pho Lucky Noodle House - Marina

We ordered pho dac biet and cha gio. It was decent, but lacking in flavor. The meat and broth were good, but the pho didn't quite hit the spot for me. The egg rolls reminded me more of Filipino lumpia. The service was adequate, but not very friendly.

I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my opinion changed today. I ordered a dish that came with white rice. Upon receiving it, I noticed that a portion of my meal was old and tasted spoiled. I requested a replacement, but was told that it would cost extra on top of the original price. I was disappointed, as I simply wanted the meal that I had ordered.

The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and is adorned with paintings by the renowned local Korean artist Dongsung Kim, adding a cultural element to your dining experience. Enjoy delicious and healthy food while immersing yourself in art and culture.

When you see only Asian customers then you known it's good food.

Very rude female employees will not return low class. From Carmel I see better Noodle across the street by Grocery Outlet!
