Short wait staff which is understandable, no complaints about that. The fall off the bone ribs had to be cut off with a steak

I'm giving 2 stars because the waitress was nice! I should have known this wasn't gonna be good when there was only 2 other people in the place at noon! Hamburger RAW, prime rib sandwich was like beef jerky.

Stopped in this evening for a quick bite, was terribly wrong.Had a 20 minute wait, we got seated, ordered our drinks and apps.Mind you, they're was about 6-8 tables, with two active waitresses. So I wasn't expecting expedient food...but...Drinks were a good 15 mins to get, 3 sodas and a cocktail.Apps ordered 2, one took about 45 minutes to get than another came out randomly 15 minutes after that. Ordered our meal, which was almost a good hour to get. Food was average.The thing that bothered me was two 2 serves running their butts off while I watched 2 other employees sit at a corner booth, carrying kids behind the bar while pouring drinks as well as not assisting the very busy waitresses. One was clearly a bartender there and she just sat in the corner and watched my poor server make drinks.I work in the service industry, I get we're short staffed and burnt out, but at the end of the day, shut the doors instead of providing god awful service. Shout out to our server Carlos though, he's definitely a good egg. Keep up the good work!

Ordered Steak n shrimp..perfection. I always share my food with my kids. There was never a day where they finished kids meal. You can eat out and still budget right..no sweet drinks, alcohol or coffee:

We waited about 6 minutes to be seated; there were only two other tables with patrons and now one at the bar. No employees up front for those 6 minutes that we waited. Finally got seated, and we were rushed to put in our order. It was only 5:30, so it wasn’t like they were close to closing or busy. We put in our orders (myself and a child) and when they came out the child’s order was completely wrong. They ordered chicken tenders with fries, and yogurt with strawberries. Blue raspberry lemonade and water to drink. They brought out chicken tenders and broccoli. I told the waiter the order was wrong, and they told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait on fries. We waited, and they brought out a giant dinner plate of French fries for a child. I was shocked by the size of the serving, but was at least happy they fixed the mistake. However, not once were our waters refilled. The staff was hardly on the floor, so you couldn’t even ask for something if you wanted to
